Design
Our
experience and technical knowledge in plastic ensures that if you have an idea, we have
the capability to turn it into reality. CAD/CAM processes allow us to convert
your files into tool cavities, or alternatively supply you with visuals or designs
prior to commencing tool production.
Tooling
Investment
in a state of the art manufacturing facility allows rapid production of tools
to meet urgent lead times and delivery deadlines.
Moulding
Modern
moulding machines ranging from 20 to 160 tonne give us plenty of scope to ensure
cost effective production and rapid production cycles of moulded plastic products. Guaranteed to give a
high level of product quality.
Printing
We have 3 plastic print processes on offer depending upon the product. These include
hot foil tipping and blocking, screen printing and tampo printing in up to 4
colours, including process print.
Final Assembly
We can offer a wide variety of secondary and finishing processes including,
ultrasonic plastic welding, gluing, bagging and packing. All to ensure that we take
the aggravation of production out of your hands.
